Permanent Account Deletion Process
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, tickets, winnings, and account history will be permanently erased.
- You will lose access to your account permanently
- Any remaining balance must be withdrawn first
- Your lottery tickets and game history will be deleted
- You cannot create a new account with the same email/phone for 30 days
Before You Delete Your Account
- Withdraw Your Balance: Ensure all funds are withdrawn from your account
- Complete Pending Transactions: Wait for any pending lottery draws or game results
- Download Your Data: Save any important information you want to keep
- Cancel Subscriptions: Stop any recurring lottery purchases
- Resolve Issues: Complete any ongoing support tickets

- Final Confirmation: You'll receive a final confirmation email before deletion
- Completion: Account will be deleted within 7 business days after verification
